BioTecnologie B.T. is a Research Centre with a great internal know-how to evaluate the efficacy of agrochemical products and biocides on different target (insects, fungi and weeds).

This preliminary screening can be carried out both in laboratory (ex bioassay on different stage of insects) and in the greenhouse. BioTecnologie B.T. is able to evaluate the activity of biocides on different insects by performing different type of tests.
BioTecnologie B.T. is specialized in GLP studies to support the registration of agrochemicals, biocides, chemical and biological products in Europe.
BioTecnologie B.T. can perform preliminary tests to evaluate the effectiveness and activity of the products and is able to offer experimental and consultancy services to companies, in support of development and registration, carrying out a full range of testing, including:

All the studies are carried out in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice, following International testing guidelines (OECD) or, if not available, by developing its own protocols. In the last years, BioTecnologie B.T. has created a network of laboratories and consultants in order to offer a complete registration service according to the REACh requirements.
Moreover Biotecnologie Bt is involved in several projects funded (regional and European) as partner as well as a contractor. |
